Our peaceful 1 bedroom quaint condo is centrally located in downtown Atlanta GA. You may hear some city noise/traffic. Here you can relax by the fireplace & watch the city lights from our window or choose to explore the city. We are located <1.5 miles:

FOX theater; GA Aquarium; World of Coke; Children Museum; Centennial Park ATL, State Farm Arena; GWCC; Botanical Gardens; Mercedez-Benz Stadium; Underground ATL; Skyview ATL; Ponce City Market; Grady Hosp., Little Five Points; etc...

Condo

The condo is centrally located and within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions. Plenty of uber/lift cars are in the area, and there is one dedicated parking spot at the building. The MARTA is also one block away.

Note this building was built in 1963, and back in the day many government officials used it as their home away from home to conduct business. Since the building was built in 1963 the heat and AC are centrally controlled by the building. Each condo unit has a blower in each room so you can control the amount of heat or AC entering the unit. We have an electric fireplace to aid with heat and a fan to aid with cooling if the building temperature is not your desired temperature.
